- 8:00am – Band Members report
- 8:30am – Rehearsal Begins
- 11:30 am – Rehearsal Ends
- 11:30am-1:00pm – Lunch on their own
- 1:00pm – Rehearsal Begins
- 3:30pm – Rehearsal Ends
- 3:30pm-5:00pm – Free Time – Band Members may watch the other bands or leave campus
- 5:00pm – Band Members eat Dinner – Provided by Band Boosters (Pizza and Drink)
- 5:45pm – Band Members Dress for Performance
(Show Outfit – Band – Khaki Pants, Black Socks, Black Shoes, White T-Shirt, Winter type shirt/Colorguard Should Wear Their Costumes)
- 6:15pm – Warm-up for Performance
- 7:30pm – Exhibition Begins – Ooltewah Performs First
- 10:00pm – Exhibition Ends – All students should be picked up by 10:30pm – Please do not be late. It will have been a long day.
